Healthy Stuffed Dates

  • Almond butter or butter of your choice
  • Chocolate chips (unsweetened preferably)
  • Sea salt

Dates are an excellent source of fiber, antioxidants, and phytonutrients that help prevent various diseases. Studies have shown they can stimulate the immune system, reduce inflammation, prevent DNA damage, and improve hormone regulation. 

  1. Cut open the dates and remove the pit
  2. Spoon almond butter into the dates
  3. Melt the chocolate chips on the stove or microwave
  4. Dip the dates in the chocolate
  5. Place the dates on a plate and leave in the fridge for 10 minutes
  6. Enjoy!
