Ingredients
- 2 cups of your favorite berries.
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp water
- ¼ cup coconut sugar
Recipe
- Rinse the berries, then cut the strawberries into halves or quarters.
- Place them in a pot, then add chia seeds, water, and sugar. Mix everything well.
- Bring the berries to boil on high heat, then reduce heat to medium, and let the berries simmer while stirring from time to time.
- The jam is ready when it has a sticky gel consistency.
- Let it cool, then place it in a jar to preserve.
- Enjoy!
- NOTE: Do not leave this mixture unattended on the stove, as it will burn very quickly. Stir constantly!
