- 1 ½ cup oat flour* (or regular flour)
- 1 small mashed banana (or ½ cup of applesauce)
- ⅓ cup pureed pumpkin
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup plant-based milk (almond, oat, soy, or your favorite) – add more if the mixture is too thick
- Coconut or avocado oil for pan
- *grind rolled oats in a blender until flour-like consistency
