Ingredients
- ¾ cup Vegenaise
- ⅓ cup tahini
- ⅛ cup tamari or mustard (depending on which flavor profile you prefer)*
- ¾ cup sweet pickle relish
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 can of garbanzo beans, drained
- *Mustard gives it more of an “egg salad-type flavor profile, and tamari gives it more of a “tuna salad-type flavor profile.
Recipe
- Combine Vegenaise, tamari or mustard, tahini, and nutritional yeast to bowl and mix.
- Drain and mash Garbanzo Beans to the desired texture and add to the vegan mayo mixture.
- Add sweet pickle relish and, if desired, chopped celery, fresh dill, and chopped scallions.
- Add mixture to toast, wrap, or onto a bed of greens.
- Enjoy!
