Chocolate Truffles

Optionals: Flavorings: Vanilla or almond extract. Coatings: freeze dried fruit (powdered or whole), dark chocolate, candies, cacao powder, orange zest, roasted nuts, etc!
  • 1 cup of dark chocolate chips (fair trade organic preferred)
  • 3/4 of a cup of coconut cream or coconut milk
  1. Microwave the coconut milk & pour over the chocolate chips.
  2. Mix around until the mixture is fully combined.
  3. Add optional flavorings & then put the mixture in the fridge to chill.
  4. Once the mixture is firm, scoop the mixture into little balls.
  5. Add optional coatings.
  6. ENJOY!
