1 tsp matcha
2 oz hot dairy-free milk
6 oz additional hot water dairy-free milk
Sweetener (Maggie uses 2 tsp of Lakanto Monkfruit)
- Sift 1 rounded tsp of good quality matcha into a mug to get rid of clumps.
- Add 2 oz of hot dairy-free milk and sweetener of your choice.
- Whisk until there is a foamy layer on top.
- Heat 6 oz of your favorite plant-based milk and whisk (or froth) until foamy.
- Add slowly to matcha mixture!
