Mixed Berry Jam

  • 2 cups of your favorite berries.
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp water
  • ¼ cup coconut sugar
  1. Rinse the berries, then cut the strawberries into halves or quarters.
  2. Place them in a pot, then add chia seeds, water, and sugar. Mix everything well.
  3. Bring the berries to boil on high heat, then reduce heat to medium, and let the berries simmer while stirring from time to time.
  4. The jam is ready when it has a sticky gel consistency.
  5. Let it cool, then place it in a jar to preserve.
  6. Enjoy!
  7. NOTE: Do not leave this mixture unattended on the stove, as it will burn very quickly. Stir constantly!
