Queso Dip

Ingredients

1 cup raw cashews
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
2 tsp chili powder
1/2 sliced jalapeño
1/2 tsp turmeric
Half a lemon
2 garlic cloves
1 cup water

*FOR NUT ALLERGIES
Soak 1.5 cups of pumpkin in boiling water for 20 mins & continue queso instructions. Add more water to the pot and cook the noodles according to the directions.

Recipe
  1. Soak cashews for 20 mins in a cup of boiled water, till soft.
  2. Drain cashew water.
  3. Combine all ingredients.
  4. Blend on high speed until smooth.
  5. Serve with your favorite chips or add to bowls, salads, and rice and beans for added flavor, protein & nutrients!
