Ingredients
1 cup raw cashews
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
2 tsp chili powder
1/2 sliced jalapeño
1/2 tsp turmeric
Half a lemon
2 garlic cloves
1 cup water

Soak 1.5 cups of pumpkin in boiling water for 20 mins & continue queso instructions. Add more water to the pot and cook the noodles according to the directions.
Recipe
- Soak cashews for 20 mins in a cup of boiled water, till soft.
- Drain cashew water.
- Combine all ingredients.
- Blend on high speed until smooth.
- Serve with your favorite chips or add to bowls, salads, and rice and beans for added flavor, protein & nutrients!
