5-Minute Fried Rice

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups of rice (frozen or leftover)
  • Olive oil
  • Green onion
  • Chiles
  • Frozen vegetables
  • Teriyaki sauce
  • Plant-based butter

RECIPE

  1. Heat up wok or pan on high heat with some olive oil
  2. Add frozen or left over rice to the wok
  3. Add veggies of choice & 2 pads of plant-based butter
  4. Add teriyaki sauce
  5. Top with chiles and green onion
