INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cups (200g) flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup (125ml) warm water
3-4 tbsp oil
RECIPE
Mix flour, salt, and baking powder.
Add warm water and oil, knead for a few minutes.
Shape into 16 balls and rest for 15 mins.
Roll out thinly and fry on high heat 45sec each side.
Store in a kitchen towel to keep soft or heat briefly before using.
