INGREDIENTS

  • 1 can (220g) cooked chickpeas
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 3 small pickles
  • 1/2 bunch of dill
  • 3 tbsp vegan mayo
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

RECIPE

  1. Drain chickpeas and mash with a fork.
  2. Chop the pickles, onion, and dill, then add them to the chickpeas.
  3. Mash again and mix well.
  4. Serve with your choice of sandwich toppings.
  5. Store the TuNAH in the fridge for up to 3 days.
