- 1 cup oat flour
- 1 c 1 to 1 gf flour or regular flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/5 tap cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cup plant milk
- 1T lemon juice
- 1T ground flaxseed in 2T water
- 1 small banana, mashed or applesauce. Or both
- 1/2 cup aquafaba, whipped to soft peaks, fold in gently
Optional: plant-based protein powder added to dry ingredients. I added 1 scoop of vanilla plant-based protein powder, and it worked great.
