Chili Oil Pasta


INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tbsp chili crisp oil
  • 10-13 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup vegan cream cheese (you can use cashew, tofu, or coconut cream)
  • 1 cup pasta water
  • Pasta of your choice
  • salt to taste

RECIPE

  1. Add chili crisp oil & tomatoes to the pan
  2. Boil the pasta of your choice
  3. Add pasta water and cream cheese to the pan
  4. Toss in the pasta
  5. Enjoy!
