INGREDIENTS
2 tbsp chili crisp oil
10-13 cherry tomatoes
1 cup vegan cream cheese (you can use cashew, tofu, or coconut cream)
1 cup pasta water
Pasta of your choice
salt to taste
RECIPE
Add chili crisp oil & tomatoes to the pan
Boil the pasta of your choice
Add pasta water and cream cheese to the pan
Toss in the pasta
Enjoy!
