INGREDIENTS
1 bunch of collards, cleaned and stems removed
2 tbsp olive or grapeseed oil
2 cloves of garlic
¼
teaspoon fine salt
Other seasonings to taste
RECIPE
To prepare collards, stack several collards and roll them into a circle and slice them thin.
Heat a skillet or pot to medium-high heat and add oil. Once oil is heated, add collards and salt.
