Collard Greens

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bunch of collards, cleaned and stems removed
  • 2 tbsp olive or grapeseed oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • ¼ teaspoon fine salt
  • Other seasonings to taste

RECIPE

  1. To prepare collards, stack several collards and roll them into a circle and slice them thin.
  2. Heat a skillet or pot to medium-high heat and add oil. Once oil is heated, add collards and salt.
