INGREDIENTS

  • 1 block of firm tofu
  • 2 tbs of lemon juice
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 3 tbs of plant-based plain yoghurt or
    2 tbs of oat or soy milk
  • ¼ tsp of garlic powder

RECIPE

  1. Cut off block of the tofu, then add it to a blender or food processor with all the other ingredients until smooth.
  2. Cut the remaining block of tofu into mini (¼”) cubes.
  3. In a bowl, add the mini cubes of tofu and the pureed ingredients, then lightly mix together with a spoon.
  4. Chill.
  5. Enjoy!
