Herb Vinaigrette

INGREDIENTS

  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice or vinegar
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 2 tsp finely chopped fresh herbs (such as parsley, dill, or basil)
  • Pinch of salt and black pepper

RECIPE

  1. Combine all ingredients in a jar with a lid and shake vigorously, or whisk together in a bowl until well combined.
  2. Set aside until ready to use.
