Herb Vinaigrette

INGREDIENTS
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice or vinegar
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp maple syrup
2 tsp finely chopped fresh herbs (such as parsley, dill, or basil)
Pinch of salt and black pepper
RECIPE
Combine all ingredients in a jar with a lid and shake vigorously, or whisk together in a bowl until well combined.
Set aside until ready to use.
