Homemade Tortillas

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 cups (200g) flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup (125ml) warm water
  • 3-4 tbsp oil


RECIPE

  1. Mix flour, salt, and baking powder.
  2. Add warm water and oil, knead for a few minutes.
  3. Shape into 16 balls and rest for 15 mins.
  4. Roll out thinly and fry on high heat 45sec each side.
  5. Store in a kitchen towel to keep soft or heat briefly before using.
