A simple base recipe to make overnight oats that you can add your favorite ingredients to, such as fruit, seeds, or nuts.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup (237 ml) of old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup (237 ml) of your favorite plant milk
  • 1 tsp of maple syrup or sweetener
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon

TOPPING CHOICES

Peanut Butter & Jelly

  • 2 tbsp of peanut butter or nut butter
  • 1 tbsp of jelly

Apple Cinnamon

  • 2 tbsp of apple sauce or chopped fresh apples
  • ½ tsp of cinnamon or to taste

Banana Nut

  • ½ of a fresh banana
  • 2 tbsp of walnuts or pecans
  • ½ tsp of cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice


RECIPE

  1. Add all ingredients to a jar or container and mix well.
  2. Store in the fridge for 6-8 hours before eating.
  3. Add your choice of toppings and enjoy!
