2 ripe avocados, chilled
2/3 cup plant-based milk (soy, oat, or almond work best)
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup real maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of sea salt

Put all ingredients in a blender or Cuisinart and blend until creamy.
